Assistant to the Hotel Manager (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completed training as, for example, a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, or a comparable qualification in the hospitality industry
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Ideally, you already have some experience in an operational role
• Experience in planning and executing events
• A flexible team player whom your colleagues can rely on
• High level of commitment, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on approach
• High standards of quality and an eye for detail
• You have a professional demeanor and an open personality

• You have a good command of German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting hotel management in day-to-day operations
  Ensuring smooth operations across departments in close coordination with hotel management
  Acting as a substitute for hotel management during their absence
  Point of contact:for employees and providing support with organizational matters
  Assisting with shift scheduling and tracking working hours
  Assisting in the front office and supporting guest services
  Handling guest feedback and complaints and ensuring high guest satisfaction
  Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal SOPs
  Coordinating and communicating with the individual hoteldepartments
  Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
  Preparing reports, statistics, and analyses
  Assisting with orders, inventory counts, and administrative tasks
  Supporting the implementation of projects and optimization measures
  Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
  Actively participating in day-to-day hotel operations—wherever support is needed
