Accountant full-time (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. Completed commercial training or degree from a HAK
2. Sound knowledge of BMD NTCS
3. Tourism and hotel and hospitality experience in accounting is an advantage
4. At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting
5. Experience with Mews accounting program and cash register systems (Bizzon) an advantage
6. Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
7. Excellent IT user skills - MS Office
8. Strong teamwork and communication skills
9. Accurate and correct way of working required
10. Independence and a high level of commitment

Your tasks:

1. Independent processing of the ongoing financial accounting of our hotel & hospitality companies
2. Carrying out owner settlements - invoicing & posting
3. Preparation work for the monthly and annual financial statements of the respective operating companies
4. Preparation of internal settlements and control of settlements
5. Ongoing booking of business transactions (cash, banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable)
6. Administration of accounts receivable and dunning notifications
7. Preparation of payment runs
8. Participation in other projects, including digitization of accounting

3. 40 hours - 5 days per week
4. Home office can be practiced 2 days per week after an agreed training period (laptop and monitors are provided)
