Chef de Rang for Evening Service (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

• You have an open, warm, and professional demeanor and enjoy interacting with guests
• You have completed training in hospitality or a comparable program, such as at a tourism school
• You have several years of professional experience in à la carte service, ideally in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
• You work independently, reliably, and responsibly
• You’re a team player, flexible, and able to keep track of everything even during peak times
• You have a good knowledge of Austrian wines
• You have a good command of German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Providing professional service and advice to our international guests during the à la carte dinner service
• Taking orders and professionally serving food and beverages
• Actively advising our guests on food and beverage selections
• Providing expert wine recommendations and professional wine service
• Recording beverage orders and ensuring accurate billing
• Preparing the necessary mise en place
• Setting, clearing, and keeping tables clean
• Ensuring smooth operations during à la carte service
• Working closely with the kitchen and front desk
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP

• Seasonal position from December through April (option to transition to a full-time position upon agreement)
