Head Waiter (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

• You have a professional demeanor and an outgoing personality
• You have completed training as a server or successfully completed a hotel or restaurant management program
• You have several years of professional experience
• You’re a team player, reliable, flexible, and able to handle pressure
• You have a good knowledge of Austrian wines
• You have a good command of German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Serving food and beverages in the à la carte and half-board restaurant
• Setting tables and ensuring cleanliness
• Independently managing a section
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• Recording beverage orders
• Handling payments and processing bills
• Wine service
• Inventory management and stock takings
• Close collaboration with restaurant and kitchen management

• Gross salary starting at €2,500 per month—willingness to pay above market rate
• Seasonal employment: May–November
• 5 days | 40 hours
