What you bring with you:

• You are a Chef de Bar with passion and enthusiasm
• You are representative with an open personality
• You have completed training as a bartender or have enjoyed specialized training
• You have already gained several years of professional experience
• You are a team player, reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure
• You have a good knowledge of German and English

Your tasks:

• Advise guests on their choice of drinks
• Taking, preparing and serving drinks orders
• Partial collection service and billing
• Preparation, follow-up and cleaning of the bar area
• Helping to design the drinks menu in the bar area
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and youth protection regulations
• Stock keeping and inventories
• Cooperation with the restaurant and kitchen management
