Digital & AI Specialist (m|w|d)

The Alpin Family unites unique hotels and apartments in the most beautiful destinations in Austria. For our central marketing team in Kaprun, we are looking for a motivated, digitally savvy person with an interest in modern AI tools, websites and creative marketing tasks.

You will work closely with our commercial team and support in particular with the maintenance and further development of our hotel websites and the implementation of efficient, AI-supported processes in day-to-day marketing and hotel operations.

Your tasks

• AI & automation (focus)
• Identification of automation potential in marketing, communication and operational processes
• Development, testing and support of AI-supported workflows and tools (e.g. with Make.com, n8n, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)
• Development and maintenance of prompts, templates and AI processes for recurring tasks in day-to-day business
• Helping to shape our AI strategy: where do we start, what scales, what brings real added value?
• Ongoing monitoring of new AI tools and derivation of concrete application possibilities for our portfolio
• Digital & website
• Ongoing support and further development of our hotel websites
• Maintenance and optimization of content in CMS systems (e.g. Contao)
• Support with user experience optimization and digital guest communication
• Marketing & Design
• Creation of graphic and design materials for print and online
• Support with marketing projects and operational tasks
• Collaboration with external agencies and partners

What you bring with you - must-have

• Demonstrable interest in AI tools and automation - you have already implemented or actively experimented with your own projects
• Willingness to independently evaluate and test new tools and translate them into processes
• Basic technical understanding and enjoy connecting systems and building workflows

What you bring with you - nice to have

• Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier or similar
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or experience with LLM-based tools
• Experience with website maintenance and content management systems
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
