Assistant to the Hotel Manager (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completed training as, for example, a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, or a comparable qualification in the hospitality industry
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Ideally, you already have some experience in an operational role
• Experience in planning and executing events
• A flexible team player whom your colleagues can rely on
• High level of commitment, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on approach
• High standards of quality and an eye for detail
• You have a professional demeanor and an open personality
• You’re a team player, reliable, and flexible
• You have very good German and English skills

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting hotel management and the operational departments in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Ensuring smooth operations across departments in close coordination with hotel management
• Creating food and beverage menus
• Serving as a point of contact for employees and providing support with organizational matters
• Assisting with shift scheduling and tracking work hours
• Assisting in the front office and supporting guest services, including entering guest lists for group reservations
• Processing guest feedback and complaints, and ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Placing orders, conducting inventory counts, and performing administrative tasks
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
• Actively participating in day-to-day hotel operations—wherever support is needed
