Revenue Coordinator (m|w|d)

What you bring with you:

1. Experience in the field of reservations, experience in the field of revenue is an advantage
2. Affinity to the hotel and/or tourism industry
3. Experience in the hotel system world (PMS, Channel Manager, Yield Manager)
4. You find numbers & statistics exciting to analyze and develop
5. Good knowledge of Excel
6. Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
7. High level of commitment and good time management
8. Independent and accurate way of working and a sense of responsibility
9. You strive to develop yourself further

Your tasks:

1. Price analysis: Monitoring and adjusting room rates based on
   market analysis with the support of our yield management tools
2. Availability management: Optimization of room availability and allocation
3. Market research: Analyzing competitive offers and identifying market trends.
4. Forecasting: Creation of revenue forecasts and models.
5. Distribution: Management of distribution channels (e.g. OTAs, direct bookings) and
   the development of new distribution channels as well as the associated technical
   implementation.
6. Strategy development: Implementation of pricing and sales strategies (e.g.
   creating rates & packages).
7. Reporting: Creation, co-design and optimization of regular reports
   and analyses for the management.
8. Cooperation: Close cooperation with other departments in the Head Office
   and the Hotel Leaders (e.g. Marketing, Reservations, Front Office).
9. Budgeting: Support in the preparation of the annual budget
