Front Office Management (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. a completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist is an advantage, but career changers with relevant experience are also very welcome
2. First relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field
3. friendly, open, professional and stylistically confident appearance
4. good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
5. enjoy dealing with people
6. strong communication skills
7. good IT skills

Your tasks:

1. Team leadership
2. Service plan creation
3. Strategic development
4. Looking after and advising guests at reception
5. Carrying out check-in and check-out
6. Use of the front office software (MEWS)
7. Invoicing and cash register management
8. Carrying out administrative reception work

2. Gross salary from € 2,826, willingness to overpay
