Front Office Management (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. a completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist is an advantage, but career changers with relevant experience are also very welcome
2. First relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field
3. friendly, open, professional and stylistically confident appearance
4. good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
5. enjoy dealing with people
6. excellent communication skills
7. good IT skills

Your tasks:

1. Team leadership
2. Service plan creation
3. Strategic development
4. Manager on Duty - responsibility and contact person for all matters in the hotel
5. Looking after and advising guests at reception
6. Carrying out check-in and check-out
7. Use of the front office software (MEWS)
8. Invoicing and cash register management
9. Carrying out administrative reception work

Our offer:

1. An employment contract initially limited until the end of the season (23.04.2025) with the possibility of subsequent employment
2. Gross salary from € 2,900, willingness to overpay
