Front Office (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

1. Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
2. You already have relevant professional experience in a similar position
3. You’re passionate about working with our international guests
4. You are known for your ability to work independently, your flexibility, and your resilience
5. Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
6. Any additional foreign languages are a plus

Your responsibilities:

1. You’ll be responsible for assisting our international guests
2. Handling check-in and check-out
3. Processing reservations and inquiries
4. You’ll be happy to assist our guests with any questions or requests
5. Your duties will include invoicing and handling complaints, as well as cashier duties and preparing daily closings
6. You will communicate with other departments within the hotel and pass on all necessary information
7. Conducting routine inspections of the units before arrival and departure
