Front Office (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• You already have relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
• You are characterized by independent work, flexibility and resilience
• Written and spoken German and English
• Any other foreign language is an advantage

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for looking after our international guests
• Carrying out check-in & check-out
• Accepting bookings & inquiries
• You are available to answer our guests' questions and provide information
• Invoicing and handling complaints are just as much a part of your job as cashier activities and preparing daily financial statements
• You communicate with the other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
• Ongoing monitoring of the units before arrival and departure

• Salary from € 2,350 gross - overpayment depending on qualifications
• Seasonal position from May to October
• 6 day week - 48 hours
