Front Office (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
2. You already have relevant professional experience in a comparable position with at least 2 years of front office experience
3. You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
4. You are characterized by independent work, flexibility and resilience
5. Written and spoken German and English
6. Any other foreign language is an advantage

Your tasks:

1. You are responsible for looking after our international guests
2. Carrying out check-in & check-out
3. Accepting bookings & inquiries
4. You are available to answer our guests' questions and provide information
5. Invoicing and handling complaints are just as much a part of your job as cashier activities and preparing daily financial statements
6. You communicate with the other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
7. Ongoing monitoring of the units before arrival and departure
