Front Office Associate | In (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

• You have completed training in tourism and/or are interested in a reception position
• You are flexible, creative, reliable, confident, and loyal in your interactions with guests and coworkers
• You have professional experience in this field or a similar role
• You have a good command of spoken and written German and English
• Guest satisfaction is a priority for you

Your responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming our international guests
• Handling check-in and check-out
• Serving as the point of contact for our guests’ concerns and requests
• Organizational and administrative tasks
• Taking reservations on-site
• Supervising housekeeping
• Conducting cash register reconciliations
• Preparatory work for marketing activities
• Active participation in social media activities on Instagram and Facebook
