What you bring with you:

• You have completed training in tourism or are interested in a reception position
• You are flexible, creative, reliable, confident and loyal in dealing with guests and employees
• You have professional experience in this field or a similar vocation
• You have good written and spoken German & English skills
• Guest satisfaction is important to you

Your tasks:

• Warm reception of our international guests
• Carrying out check in & out
• Contact person for concerns & wishes of our guests
• Organizational & administrative tasks
• Acceptance of reservations on site
• Control of the cleaning
• Carrying out cash accounting
• Preparation work for marketing activities
• Active involvement in social media activities on Instagram and Facebook

• Gross salary from € 2,530 gross per month, overpayment according to qualifications
