Front Office Manager (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of vocational training as a hotel manager or restaurant manager is a plus,
• initial relevant work experience in the aforementioned field
• a friendly, open, professional, and polished demeanor
• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
• Enjoy working with people
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the front office team
• Assisting with shift scheduling and the operational organization of the team
• Active involvement in the strategic development of the front office department
• Responsibility as “Manager on Duty”—primary point of contact for guests and employees at the hotel
• Providing professional service and assistance to our guests at the front desk
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures
• Proficient use of the front office software (MEWS)
• Accounting and cash management
• Performing administrative and organizational tasks at the front desk

• Seasonal contract—with the option to convert to a full-time contract following consultation and training
