Front Office Employee (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
2. Ideally you have professional experience in the reception area
3. You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
4. You are characterized by independent work, flexibility and resilience
5. Written and spoken German and English
6. Any other foreign language is an advantage

Your tasks:

1. You are responsible for looking after our international guests
2. Accepting bookings & inquiries
3. You will be available to answer our guests' questions and provide information
4. Invoicing and handling complaints are just as much a part of your job as cashier activities and preparing daily financial statements
5. You communicate with the other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
6. You support the floor in the area of arrival checks

Our offer:

1. Gross salary from € 2,200/month (willingness to overpay)
2. Annual position | 5-day week (40 hours)
