Your tasks:

1. Setting up the buffet and preparing the restaurant area
2. Checking and restocking the buffet
3. Cleaning the work surfaces
4. Carrying out preparatory work for the next day
5. Cutting and preparing ice cream dishes in the kitchen
6. Carrying out orders
7. Organizational tasks
8. Front office support
