Breakfast Manager (m/f/d)

• Sound specialist knowledge of food and beverages

Your tasks:

• Management and organization of the breakfast service
• Coordinating the breakfast team and organizing the duty roster
• Ensuring a smooth process in the breakfast area
• Responsibility for the use of goods and quality assurance
• Direct contact person for our guests in the morning
• Compliance with and control of hygiene standards (HACCP)
