• Driving license B

Your tasks:

• Checking and maintaining the technical systems, devices and safety equipment of the building technology
• Regular tours of the technical rooms
• Coordinating and monitoring external service providers for major repairs and maintenance work
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards by external companies
• Assisting the technical management with the planning and organization of regular maintenance work in cooperation with external partners in consultation with the hotel management
• General caretaking activities
• Small repairs in and around the entire building
• Processing all manual work inside and outside the hotel complex
• Maintenance and care of the building services
• Carrying out summer and winter maintenance work
• Support at events
• Close cooperation with the front office, housekeeping and hotel management departments
