• You have professional experience in a similar position and are skilled with your hands
• Technical or trade training or experience (particularly in spackling and painting)
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure, as well as a neat and professional appearance
• A strong commitment to quality with an eye for detail
• You have a strong commitment to cleanliness
• Business-level proficiency in German or English
• A competent and team-oriented personality
• Independent and meticulous work style
• Class B driver’s license

Your Responsibilities:

• General janitorial duties
• Regular patrols throughout the hotel
• Minor repairs in and around the entire building
• Handling all maintenance tasks inside and outside the hotel premises
• Maintenance and upkeep of building systems
• Shuttle service using the company vehicle
• Performing summer and winter maintenance tasks
• Technical support for events
• Close collaboration with the Technical, Front Office, and Housekeeping departments, as well as department managers
• Assistance with waste disposal
