Revenue & Sales Coordinator (M|W|D)

What you bring with you:

• You have an affinity for the hotel and/or tourism industry
• You are looking for a new challenge in Revenue & Sales and have some work experience in reception or reservations
• You have already worked with common hotel software programs
• You find numbers & statistics exciting to read and work on
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
• High level of commitment, good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
• You strive to develop yourself further

Your tasks:

• Carrying out market analyses, identifying new sales opportunities and developing new offers
• Support in project planning - development of location analyses and preparation of SWOT analyses
• Development of communication tools to describe operational processes and make them more efficient in consultation with Sales & Reservations
• Support in the administration of existing and new customer management
• Entering the rates into the booking systems
