- Check-in & check-out, as well as guest services
- Processing reservations, inquiries, and cash register duties
- Assisting hotel management with orders, complaint management, etc.
- Close collaboration with all departments

- Experience in the hotel or restaurant industry and in front-office operations
- Enjoy working with guests
- An independent, reliable, and flexible work style
- Good command of German and English
- You enjoy working in a small, close-knit team, have a team spirit, and are service-oriented
