Our tasks:
- Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company specifications
- Compliance with hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of the daily 4-course HP & a la carte menu
- Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- Production and preparation of fresh dishes
- Contribution of new ideas for the weekly menu design

- Gross salary from € 2,800 - overpayment depending on qualifications
