Head chef (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

• You have completed training as a chef
• You have experience in menu and a la carte cooking and in a comparable position
• You have a sound knowledge of Austrian & international cuisine
• You enjoy working in a team with experienced professionals and want to become part of a successful company
• You work in an organized, independent and results-oriented manner
• You buy according to economic aspects, are confident in calculation and know the hygienic guidelines
• You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foods

Your tasks:

• Planning the menu offer and the a la carte menu
• Calculation of the dishes according to WES specifications of the store management
• Creation of recipes
• Active cooking in the kitchen
• Responsibility for kitchen hygiene according to HACCP standards
• Allergen labeling
• Carrying out orders in consultation with the department management
• Carrying out monthly inventories
• Good cooperation with the department management & the other departments
• Duty roster creation
