What you bring with you:

1. You have completed training as a chef
2. Several years of professional experience as a chef in the upscale gastronomy / hotel industry
3. A la carte cuisine, hotel guest cuisine and events are your playground
4. You have a sound knowledge of Austrian and international cuisine
5. You enjoy working in a team with experienced professionals and want to become part of a successful company
6. You work in an organized, independent and results-oriented manner
7. You buy according to economic aspects, are confident in calculation, know the hygienic guidelines and food regulations

Your tasks:

1. Team leadership & duty roster creation
2. Planning the a la carte and HP offer
3. Calculation of the meals
4. Creation of recipes - standardization
5. Active cooking in the kitchen
6. Support in the control and management of merchandise management & purchasing
7. Carrying out orders
8. Carrying out monthly inventories
9. Implementing & adhering to hygiene standards and training courses
10. Good cooperation with the department management & the other departments
