Head chef (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. You have completed training as a chef
2. You have experience in menu cooking and in a comparable position
3. You have a sound knowledge of Austrian & international cuisine
4. You enjoy working in a team with experienced professionals and want to become part of a successful company
5. You work in an organized, independent and results-oriented manner
6. You buy according to economic aspects, are confident in calculation and know the hygienic guidelines
7. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foods

Your tasks:

1. Planning the menu offer
2. Calculation of the dishes
3. Creation of recipes - standardization
4. Active cooking in the kitchen
5. Support in the control and management of merchandise management & purchasing
6. Carrying out orders
7. Carrying out monthly inventories
8. Implementing & adhering to hygiene standards and training courses
9. Good cooperation with the department management & the other departments
