Head chef (m/f/d)

1. You have completed training as a chef
2. You have experience in menu cooking and in a comparable position
3. You have a sound knowledge of Austrian & international cuisine
4. You enjoy working in a team with experienced professionals and want to become part of a successful company

6. You buy according to economic aspects, are confident in calculation and know the hygienic guidelines
7. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foods

Your tasks:

1. Team leadership & duty roster creation
2. Strategic development of work processes
3. Planning the menu offer and menus (Austrian and international cuisine)
4. Calculation of the dishes
5. Creation of recipes - standardization
6. Active participation in the kitchen
7. Support in the control and management of merchandise management & purchasing
8. Carrying out orders
9. Carrying out monthly inventories
10. Implementing & adhering to hygiene standards and training courses
11. Good cooperation with the department management & the other departments
