Your tasks:

1. Production of desserts, sweets, cakes and tarts as well as vegan desserts
2. Designing and implementing the cake buffet in collaboration with our pastry chef
3. Working closely with the head chef on menu planning
4. Inventory management (ordering patisserie-specific products, receiving and checking goods)
5. Consistent guarantee of the legal hygiene regulations
