Reservation clerk (m|w|d)

What you bring with you:

• You have already gained experience in reservations, at reception or in a similar position.
• You have an open, communicative personality and love interacting with people.
• A well-groomed appearance, polite manners and a positive charisma are part of your personality.
• Guest satisfaction is important to you - 100% is your goal.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• A class B driving license is also part of your profile.

Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our guests and travel agencies - mainly in English (approx. 80% of communication).
• You take telephone reservation inquiries and advise our guests with pleasure and expertise.
• You create offers, manage reservations and ensure smooth processing.
• You will also be responsible for payments and administrative tasks.

What we offer you:

• A 5-day week (40 hours) in a secure annual position.
• Fixed working hours between 08:00 and 18:00.

• A salary from € 2,140.00 gross/month - with a willingness to overpay depending on your training and experience.
