What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable or higher-level position
• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a college degree with a focus on tourism
• An independent, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work, along with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Serve as a role model in terms of demeanor, manners, appearance, orderliness, and discipline
• Reliability and absolute trustworthiness, especially when handling company data
• Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong business acumen and a keen awareness of costs
• Fluency in German and English

Your Responsibilities

• Active participation in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth business processes
• Preparing work schedules in accordance with economic and labor law requirements—at least 14 days in advance
• Implementing, monitoring, and further developing internal company standards
• Coordinating orders and deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of HACCP and AUVA guidelines
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement and achievement of defined goals in the areas of contribution margin, key performance indicators, and employee retention
• Serving as the host and managing complaints professionally
• Coordinating equipment maintenance and repair orders in consultation with Operations Management
• Developing and implementing efficient solutions to operational challenges, such as staffing or inventory shortages
• Conducting and recording monthly and annual inventories
• Handling the nightly on-call duty

What We Offer

• Gross salary starting at €3,500 per month—with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience
• Full-time position with a 5-day workweek | 40 hours
• Responsibility for two aparthotels in Kaprun
• Company car for personal use – terms to be agreed upon
