What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable or higher-level position, ideally with a focus on F&B
• Completed vocational training in the hospitality or food service industry, or a college degree with a focus on tourism
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
• High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility—you roll up your sleeves, identify challenges early on, and independently find practical solutions
• Experience in the operational management of a hotel, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for motivating and developing employees and leading by example
• Exemplary conduct in terms of appearance, manners, order, and discipline
• Strong business acumen and a keen awareness of costs and quality
• Structured and holistic thinking
• Reliability and trustworthiness, particularly when handling company data
• Fluency in German and English

Your Responsibilities

• Active participation and responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a particular focus on the F&B department
• Managing and optimizing F&B operations while ensuring our quality and service standards are met
• Creating shift schedules in accordance with economic and labor law requirements—at least 14 days in advance
• Implementing and monitoring internal company standards
• Coordinating orders, deliveries, and inventory management
• Responsibility for the efficient and cost-effective utilization of staff, goods, and resources
• Compliance with and implementation of HACCP and AUVA guidelines
• Continuous improvement and achievement of targets regarding contribution margin, performance metrics, quality, and employee retention
• Serving as the host, including professional complaint management
• Coordination of equipment maintenance and repair orders in consultation with Operations Management
• Independent organization and coordination of the hotel’s in-house laundry, as no external laundry service is used
• Independent organization and development of solutions for waste disposal and logistics, as there is no regular trash collection service
• Independently identifying and resolving operational challenges, particularly regarding staffing, inventory, or resource shortages
• Organizing and coordinating necessary processes, even those outside the scope of traditional hotel operations
• Conducting and recording monthly and annual inventories
• Handling the nightly on-call duty

• Gross salary starting at €4,000 per month—with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience
• Full-time position with a 5-day workweek | 40 hours
