Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

• Successfully completed hotel or restaurant management training
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound specialist knowledge of food and beverages

Your tasks:

• Organization and responsibility for a smooth service process
• Responsible for the management, organization and training of the service team
• Contact person for complaints and questions from our guests
• You ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines
• Assisting our international guests with their choice of food and drinks
• Helping to design and maintain the drinks menu, including the selection and ordering of wines, spirits and other drinks
• Developing new drinks concepts and seasonal offers in consultation
• Organization and implementation of events and special promotions
• Cost control and budget responsibility for the beverage area
• Stock management and inventories
