What you bring to the table:

Must-have:

  1. Experience in the hospitality industry, reservations, distribution, and revenue management
  2. A highly structured, meticulous, and reliable work style
  3. Strong affinity for systems and a passion for digital tools
  4. Strong Excel skills and a good grasp of numbers

Nice-to-have:

  1. Experience with systems such as MEWS, SiteMinder, Duetto, or OpenGDS
  2. Basic knowledge of revenue management
  3. Experience with OTA, wholesale, or tour operator processes
  4. Understanding of pricing, yield, and distribution strategies

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Independent management of revenue management for a defined hotel cluster within the Alpin Family
  2. Developing and implementing pricing, rate, and availability strategies across all distribution channels
  3. Management of channel manager and PMS mappings, as well as responsibility for rates, packages, and restrictions
  4. Preparation of price analyses, forecasts, and revenue reports for the assigned properties
  5. Negotiating and managing contracts with OTAs, tour operators, and sales partners for the cluster
  6. Responsibility for content maintenance on extranets, OTAs, and sales systems
  7. Preparing and presenting regular reports as well as in-depth Excel analyses
  8. Close coordination with the Commercial Director regarding the cluster’s strategy and performance
  9. Driving force behind optimizations in distribution, pricing, and the system landscape
