Sales Manager (m|w|d)

Your role with us:

• You acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with customers in the leisure segment
• You look after existing customers professionally and develop them strategically
• You develop and implement sales strategies to increase turnover and negotiate prices and individual group offers
• You analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive activities in coordination with the head office
• You plan and organize events to increase occupancy, especially in the low seasons
• You represent our company at trade fairs, workshops, sales trips and events
• You create reports, keep an eye on your goals and derive appropriate measures to achieve them

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in sales or in the hotel industry, ideally in the area of leisure sales
• In-depth knowledge of the tourism industry and the relevant markets and sales channels
• Ideally an existing network of companies and agencies for incentives and group travel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a talent for networking and relationship management
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel

• Gross salary from EUR 4,100/month (willingness to overpay)
• Annual position | 5-day week (40 hours)
