Sales Manager (m|w|d)

What you bring with you:

1. Several years of experience in sales or in the hotel industry, ideally in leisure sales
2. Strong knowledge of the tourism industry, tour operators and leisure markets
3. Ideally an existing network of companies and agencies for incentives and group travel
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a talent for networking and relationship building.
5. Independent, results-oriented approach to work and strong organizational skills.
6. Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage.
7. High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel.

Your tasks:

1. Customer acquisition and support: building and maintaining relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and other B2B customers in the leisure segment.
2. Sales and revenue growth: Development and implementation of sales strategies, negotiation of prices and creation of individual group offers- Market analysis and strategy: Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to optimize our sales activities.
3. Setting up / planning events to incentivize bookings in the off-season.
4. Representation of the company: Participation in trade fairs, workshops, sales trips and events to acquire new customers.
5. Reporting and target tracking: Preparation of sales reports and monitoring of targets with appropriate measures
