Senior Accountant & Bookkeeper (m/f/d)

What You Bring to the Table:

1. Completed business apprenticeship or HAK diploma
2. In-depth knowledge of BMD NTCS
3. Experience in the tourism, hotel, and hospitality industries in the accounting field is a plus
4. At least 5–10 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting
5. Experience with the Mews booking program and point-of-sale systems (Bizzon) is a plus
6. Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
7. Excellent computer skills—MS Office
8. Strong teamwork and communication skills
9. Accurate and meticulous work habits required
10. Ability to work independently and a high level of commitment

Your Responsibilities:

1. Independently handling the day-to-day financial accounting for our hotel and hospitality companies
2. Preparing owner statements—invoicing and bookkeeping
3. Preparatory work for the monthly and annual financial statements of the respective operating companies
4. Preparing internal allocations and verifying them
5. Ongoing posting of business transactions (cash, banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable)
6. Management of accounts receivable and dunning notices
7. Preparation of payment runs
8. Participating in other projects, including the digitization of accounting
