Sous Chef | In (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

1. Completed vocational training as a chef
2. Experience in an equivalent position in the upscale hotel or catering industry
3. Enjoy working with fresh products
4. Creativity, organized and careful work
5. Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion and enjoyment of the job

Your tasks:

1. You are the chef's right-hand man and keep the business running, even when the chef is absent
2. You lead by example - managing and motivating the team
3. You create top dishes and delight our guests every day anew
4. You are present in the kitchen and actively lend a hand
5. You are jointly responsible for ensuring quality and hygiene standards
6. You keep the overview - even when things get challenging - contact person for employees
7. You pull the strings in the background (orders, inventories, rostering, etc.)

Our offer:

1. Gross salary from € 4,570/month (willingness to overpay)
2. Annual position | 5-day week | 45 hours
