Our tasks:

1. Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company specifications
2. Compliance with hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
3. Preparation of meals according to the menu (a la carte)
4. Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
5. Production and preparation of fresh dishes
6. Contribution of new ideas for the weekly menu design
