Deputy Front Office Manager (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:

• a completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist is an advantage, but career changers with relevant experience are also very welcome
• First relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field
• friendly, open, professional and stylistically confident appearance
• good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• enjoy dealing with people
• excellent communication skills
• good IT skills

Your tasks:

• Supporting the team leader and assuming leadership responsibility in their absence
• Participation in the creation of duty rosters and operational organization of the team
• Active participation in the strategic development of the front office area
• Responsibility as "Manager on Duty" - first point of contact for guests and employees in the hotel
• Professional support and advice for our guests at reception
• Implementation of check-in and check-out processes
• Confident handling of the front office software (MEWS)
• Accounting and cash management
• Carrying out administrative and organizational tasks at reception
