Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

• Successfully completed hotel or restaurant management training
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound specialist knowledge of food and beverages

Your tasks:

• Supporting the management of daily operations: Ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant in the absence of the restaurant manager
• Monitoring restaurant operations: Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Ordering and stock management: Support with stock control, ordering goods and managing stock levels.
• Contact person for complaints and questions from our guests
• Drinks and food service - taking over your own stations
• Preparation of the bar
• Provision of the necessary mise en place
• Assisting our international guests with their choice of food and drinks
• Organization and implementation of events and special promotions
• Stock management and inventories
