- Experience as a sushi chef or in Japanese-inspired cuisine

Your tasks:
- Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company specifications
- Compliance with restaurant-specific standards and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of the daily a la carte dishes
- Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- Production and preparation of fresh dishes
- Contribution of new ideas for the weekly menu design
Our offer:
- Winter season from the beginning of December
- Gross salary from € 3,500 gross per month, overpayment according to qualifications
- 6 days | 48 hours per week
