We offer flexible workplaces and modern equipment in our state-of-the-art offices while you treat yourself to free coffee, tea and soft drinks. Additionally, and depending on position, e-cars and carpool vehicles are available to ensure your mobility. As well as the headquarters in Kaprun we also offer a branch in Vienna and a home office option to facilitate flexible time management.

As the central headquarters, we work closely with the managers of our hotels to ensure smooth operations. Unforgettable holiday experiences are created here, and every employee plays an important role in providing unique moments to our guests.

As a reservation expert, you play an essential role in dealing with bookings and reservations. You are the link between potential guests and our hotels. With lots of drive and a radiant smile you skilfully handle booking processes and enthusiastically find the perfect holiday home for our guests.

You are a communication pro and always have the right offer at hand to inspire our guests. We use the most modern tool – the Mews software – in our central reservation department in Kaprun for booking administration. We also work closely with our managers to ensure that every stay is unforgettable and goes off without a hitch.

As a part of our dynamic teams you’ll face new challenges every day. Not only will you co-ordinate bookings and reservations, but you will also cater to the diverse wishes and needs of our international guests. Being an organisational talent is a requisite to keep on top of things and inspire every guest with tailor-made offers.
